Through free and non-judgmental movement, it quiets the chatter of the mind (the coachman), reconnects us to the wisdom of the body (the carriage), and allows emotions (the horses) to express themselves and be observed without identification.\n\nThis process of alignment between body, mind, and emotions creates a state of intense presence\u2014an inner stillness where the guidance of the Master can finally be heard.\n\nIt is the search for that deep connection that Franco Battiato, himself an explorer of these inner landscapes, beautifully captured in his verse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u2026And I come to seek you\u2026 because I need your presence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A longing for that inner \u201cvoice of the Master\u201d that gives meaning and direction to the journey.\n\nFor this practice, there will be a live mix by Tito accompanying the experience, with the music itself as its core.\n\nNo dance experience is needed: there are no right steps or choreographies to follow. You don\u2019t even have to dance at all.
