Excellent for groups of 10/15 people. Ground floor with industrial kitchen with a large fridge; 2 bathrooms and a large dining room. The first floor has a small living room with TV, 2 bathrooms with shower, a quadruple bedroom and a double bedroom. Attic with 8/9 beds.
The entire structure will be left at the disposal of guests, groups of adults and not exceeding 15. Upon arrival, an internal regulation and instructions to follow will be provided to allow you to stay in maximum relaxation.
Possibility to rent the ground floor for birthday parties in collaboration with the managers of the structure (everything is to be agreed privately).
The Casone can also be used to host events open to the public of various kinds and which are organized directly by the Cooperative. Events can be on purpose
ricreativo, come concerti, spettacoli, eventi enogastronomici ed equestri.
The house has an independent outdoor area with private parking. Garden with bonfire air and barbecue. Pianella is called the City of Oil. The Cooperative also offers the possibility of hosting conferences and other social events, which will always be managed by the managers of the structure.
Other things to keep in mind
You will find all the kitchen utensils, sheets but not towels, in case we make them available at an additional cost. There will be an additional pet fee if sleeping with you.
It is possible to use the swimming pool only in summer. Well accept dogs and any other animal.
